      【内容简介】 In the process of public administration moving towards modern times, it has experienced the development of practice and theory. In the 1970s, it entered the era of new public administration. Today, public administration advocates the views of third-party governments and presidential power. In the future, the development of public administration needs to be based on the rule of law. In the 1960s and 1970s, public policies developed on the basis of political science and economics. Entered the modern era, public policies developed more substantive themes and methods, and in what direction will it develop in the future?

      【嘉宾介绍】大卫·罗森布罗姆教授在芝加哥大学获得政治学博士，现为美国美利坚大学杰出教授，美国行政科学院院士，曾经担任顶级SSCI期刊Public Administration Review (1991-1996)和Policy Studies Journal (1985-1990)的主编。他在公共管理、公共政策和法律领域著作等身，最新的专著包括Public Administration: Understanding Management, Politics, and Law in the Public Sector （2015，第8版）、Administrative Law for Public Managers （2015，第2版）、Federal Service and the Constitution （2014，第二版）等，最新的编著包括The Constitutional School of Public Administration （2017）和The Handbook of Federal Leadership and Management （2017）。他曾经获得美国政治学会颁发的John Gaus成就奖、美国公共管理与公共事务院校联盟颁发的Leslie A. Whittington杰出教学奖、美国公共管理协会颁发的Dwight Waldo杰出学术贡献奖、美国公共管理协会和美国公共管理与公共事务院校联盟联合颁发的Charles Levine杰出贡献奖、和美国行政科学院颁发的Brownlow最佳著作奖等。
