应我院院长杨开峰教授的邀请，新加坡管理大学李延伟博士将于11月18—20日访问中国人民大学公共管理学院，并在求是楼216会议室开展系列讲座，介绍定性比较分析（QCA）方法及其在公共管理研究中的应用技巧。
作为一种试图弥合量化与质性研究方法鸿沟的独特分析技术，定性比较分析（qualitative comparative analysis，QCA）的发展迅猛，并在许多学科和研究领域广泛应用。但是，很多老师和同学对QCA知之甚少，或者因为无法应用就望而生畏。本次讲座的主题为定性比较分析的理论、方法与应用（Theories, methods and applications of QCA），主讲老师李延伟博士将去魅QCA，介绍QCA的原理和方法，并手把手讲解如何操作和应用QCA。
李延伟博士先后在南京大学和荷兰伊拉斯谟大学获得公共管理硕士和博士学位，目前在新加坡管理大学社会科学学院开展博士后研究。他的研究兴趣包括环境冲突解决、复杂性、风险、合作等。他在Public Administration、Journal of Cleaner Production、Policy Studies等国际期刊发表论文多篇，并获得国际公共管理研究会（IRSPM）青年学者最佳论文奖。他对QCA造诣精深，在荷兰和瑞士接受了QCA技术及其应用的系统训练，并在多篇国际期刊论文中应用QCA。
