【题 目】公共行政的管理、政治与法律视角：理论与实证研究的最新进展

【内容简介】Professor Rosenbloom will review recent theory building and empirical research on relationships among management, politics/policy, and law in public administration, with particular attention to sequencing of the three perspectives, interaction among them, their application to collaborative governance, and their potential connection to public service motivation. The seminar will be aimed at additional theory building and hypothesis generation.

公共行政可以从管理、政治与法律等三个视角加以理解和研究，罗森布罗姆教授将在讲座中综述这方面的理论发展与实证研究。他将特别关注三种视角的优先次序和互动关系，它们在协同治理中的应用，以及同公共服务动机的潜在联系。讲座旨在增进理论构建，并期望形成理论假设。

【嘉宾介绍】

大卫·罗森布罗姆教授在芝加哥大学获得政治学博士，现为美国美利坚大学杰出教授，美国行政科学院院士，曾经担任顶级SSCI期刊Public Administration Review (1991-1996)和Policy Studies Journal (1985-1990)的主编。他在公共管理、公共政策和法律领域著作等身，最新的专著包括Public Administration: Understanding Management, Politics, and Law in the Public Sector （2015，第8版）、Administrative Law for Public Managers （2015，第2版）、Federal Service and the Constitution （2014，第二版）等，最新的编著包括The Constitutional School of Public Administration （2017）和The Handbook of Federal Leadership and Management （2017）。他曾经获得美国政治学会颁发的John Gaus成就奖、美国公共管理与公共事务院校联盟颁发的Leslie A. Whittington杰出教学奖、美国公共管理协会颁发的Dwight Waldo杰出学术贡献奖、美国公共管理协会和美国公共管理与公共事务院校联盟联合颁发的Charles Levine杰出贡献奖、和美国行政科学院颁发的Brownlow最佳著作奖等。
