受我院院长杨开峰教授和常务副院长许光建教授的邀请，香港城市大学王小虎教授将于11月11日－13日在求是楼216面向我院师生开展系列讲座，介绍美国公共财政管理技术和方法在实践中的应用，并探讨中国公共财政管理学科的发展。

王小虎教授在绩效管理、公共财政管理、可持续发展方面具有非常丰富的研究成果，具有较高的学术声望。其学术研究能力在UCF（the University of Central Florida）的 Public Administration Department Annual Evaluation和City University of Hong Kong Annual Evaluation评价中，连续多年被评为“OUTSTANDING”（最高级别）。曾担任美国行政学会（ASPA）公共绩效管理分会的主席、ASPA国际分会的理事会成员、提名和选举委员会主席，以及美国佛罗里达州的地方机构预算分析师。目前担任多本知名公共管理类期刊，如Public Administration Review, Public Performance & Management Review等的编委。
