Professor NI Peng-fei Assistant to Director, National Academy of Economic Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences
研究领域：城市经济学、房地产经济学、空间金融学、城市竞争力及国家竞争力。
中国社会科学院城市与竞争力研究中心主任。
中国社会科学院财经战略研究院研究员，博士生导师。
中国社科院-联合国人居署联合课题组组长、首席城市经济学家。
中国城市百人论坛秘书长。
美国哥伦比亚大学访问学者。香港中文大学、澳门科技大学、南开大学等兼职教授，多个城市政府顾问和智库专家。国务院特殊津贴专家。
先后承担中央交办、国家社科基金重大项目，以及国际组织、国家部委、地方政府委托课题多项。
编、著《中国城市竞争力报告》、《全球城市竞争力报告》、《中国住房发展报告》、《中国国家竞争力报告》中英文著作40余部，在Urban Studies、Cites、《中国社会科学》和《经济研究》等权威杂志上发表论文数十篇。
代表作《中国城市竞争力报告》获孙冶方经济学著作奖（第十一届）。
多项要报成果获得国家领导人批示并获得中国社科院优秀对策研究特等奖和一等奖。
Ni Pengfei
Director of CASS Center for City and Competitiveness, research fellow with the National Academy of Economic Strategy, and Ph.D. candidate supervisor. Specialized in urban economics, real estate economics, space finance, urban competitiveness and national competitiveness, etc. Visiting Scholar at Columbia University. Head and chief urban economist of the joint research group between CASS and the UN-Habitat. Secretary General of China Urban 100 People Forum. Part-time professor with the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Nankai University, adviser to several city governments and expert of think tanks. Receipt of the Special Allowance of the State Council. He has undertaken major projects sponsored by the central government and the National Social Science Fund, as well as projects commissioned by international organizations, Chinese ministries/commissions and local governments. He has published over 40 books in Chinese and English, including China Urban Competitiveness Report, Global Urban Competitiveness Report, China Housing Development Report, and China National Competitiveness Report, either as the editor-in-chief or the author, as well as dozens of articles on Urban Studies, Cites, Social Science in China and Economic Research Journal. In particular, China Urban Competitiveness Report won the 11th Sun Yefang Award, the top Chinese award in economics. Some policy report won Policy Research Grand Prize and First prize of Chinese Academy of Social Science.
